A3 : Kebanyakan jubin kami boleh dipasang di lantai dan dinding jika permukaan jubin jenis matt (tidak licin). Tetapi ada beberapa yang hanya boleh dipasang di dinding sahaja kerana permukaan jubinnya glossy (licin). Jika tuan/puan ingin juga memasang jubin permukaan yang licin di lantai, ia hanya boleh dipasang di lantai kawasan kering sahaja.
Mostly our tiles can be installed on floor and wall if the tiles surface is matt. But some of tiles only can be installed on the wall because the tiles surface is glossy. If sir/madam insist to install the glossy tiles for floor, it can only be installed on dry area floor only.

Can these tiles be installed at car porch?
A5 : Buat masa sekarang kami hanya menjual ‘deco tiles’ sahaja dan bukan ‘heavy duty tiles’. Jubin kami hanya boleh dipasang di kawasan car porch untuk beberapa tempat sahaja seperti dinding car porch dan laluan pejalan kaki. Tetapi tidak boleh dipasang bahagian parking zone kerana jubin kami tidak sesuai di kawasan heavy duty.
We only supply deco tiles only and we don’t have heavy duty tiles at the moment. Our tiles can be installed at certain car porch area such as car porch wall and walkway. But our tiles cannot be installed at parking zone because the tiles are not suitable for heavy duty area.
Why pattern tile is more suitable to install on floor compare to subway tile?
A6 : Kerana walaupun kedua-duanya diperbuat daripada seramik, tetapi kadar serapan air pattern tilekami lebih rendah berbanding subway tile.
Because even though both are made up from ceramic, but the rate of water absorption for pattern tile is lower than subway tile.
Kerana permukaan subway tilekami kebanyakannya glossy (licin) dan beralun berbanding dengan pattern tile kami yang permukaannya jenis matt (tidak licin) dan permukaan rata.
Because the surface of our subway tiles is mostly glossy and wavy compare to pattern tile which the surface is matt and flat surface.
What is homogenous tile? Which tile that is homogenous tile?
A7 : ‘Homogenous Tile’ ialah sejenis jubin porselin yang menyeluruh. Ini bermakna warna jubin tersebut terdapat di seluruh bahagian jubin. Kami mempunyai satu homogenous tile iaitu Hex Medium Mix Colour.

How to cut the tile?
A2 : Jubin boleh dipotong menggunakan grinder atau tiles cutter.

Can install the tiles on the glass/mirror type of surface?
A4 : Boleh tapi tidak digalakkan untuk memasang jubin di atas permukaan yang jenis kaca/cermin kerana permukaan yang licin sukar untuk dipasang dan kita tak pasti sama ada permukaan tersebut kukuh untuk menampung berat jubin.
Can but not recommended to install the tile on a glass/mirror type surface because the glossy surface is difficult to install and we are not sure if the surface is strong enough to support the weight of the tile.
Can install the tiles on playwood?
A5 : Ya boleh jika plywood tersebut kukuh untuk menampung berat jubin dan tiada kesan nak tertanggal. Sila rujuk pada kontraktor untuk kepastian.
Yes, it is possible if the plywood is sturdy to accommodate the weight of the tile and there is no trace to be removed. Please refer to the contractor for confirmation.
Can install the tiles on uneven surface?
A6 : Tidak boleh. Kerana kesannya akan membuatkan jubin meletup, mudah tertanggal dan tidak tersusun cantik.
Cannot. Because it can cause the tiles get explode, easy detached and not arranged in a neat way.
Can these tiles can be drilled?
A7 : Ya boleh. Anda perlu menggunakan mata gerudi khas untuk gerudi. Kami sarankan untuk refer kontraktor yang berpengalaman mengenai ini. Alatan boleh didapati di kedai hardware.
Yes can, you need to use a special drill bit to drill. We recommend to consult with experienced contractor on this. Tools are available at hardware store.
Can we self-install the tiles?

Yes, you can self-install the tiles if you know the technique. If not, we recommend you to hire the contractor who expert in tiles installation to get the neat result.
Is it strong enough to install using construction glue?
A9 : Ya, construction glue sangat kuat. Cuma anda perlu pastikan sama ada permukaan/jubin lama di dinding anda sesuai untuk memasang jubin baru dengan menggunakan construction glue. Permukaan/jubin lama di dinding perlu kukuh, rata atau kering tanpa ada kebocoran.
Yes can. Please refer to your contractor to make sure whether the surface of wall/floor is suitable to install the tiles using construction glue. The surface of tiles/wall needs to be strength, flat and dry with no leaking.
Do you sell installation tools?
A10 : Buat masa sekarang kami hanya membekal/menjual construction glue. RM9.50/botol. Pihak pengurusan kami juga sedang mempertimbangkan untuk membawa masuk alatan pemasangan yang lain di masa akan datang.

Does this tile need to be soaked with water first before installing?
A11 : Teknik ini bergantung pada kontraktor, terpulang sama ada ingin rendamkan dulu jubin ataupun tidak. Tetapi kontraktor ramai yang memilih rendam dulu jubin untuk memudahkan simen gam melekat pada permukaan jubin. Tuan/puan boleh dapatkan khidmat nasihat kontraktor untuk lebih kepastian.
This technique depends on the contractor, depending on whether they want to soak the tiles first or not. But many contractors prefer to soak the tiles first to make it easier for the cement glue to stick to the tile surface. You can seek the advice of a contractor for more certainty.
What type of cement is installed between the tile chip?
A12 : Simen ini dipanggil grout filler. Teknik pemasangan simen antara cip jubin ini dinamakan ‘grouting’. ‘Grouting’ perlu dibuat selepas pemasangan jubin.
This cement is called grout filler. This technique is called grouting. Grouting should be done after tiles installation.
What is the function of grout?
A13 : Fungsi grout adalah untuk menutup bahagian gap antara jubin. Grout juga berfungsi untuk mengelakkan kotoran masuk di antara gap jubin.
The function of grout is to close the gap between the tiles. Grout also works to prevent dirt from entering between tile gaps.
What is the usual grout colour they use?
A14 : Putih/kelabu cair/kelabu gelap/hitam. Tetapi sebenarnya, warna grout datang dalam pelbagai warna. Boleh pilih ikut kreativiti dan pilihan anda.
White/light grey/dark grey/black. But actually, grout colour comes in various colour. Can choose according to your creativity and preference.
Can change to other grout colour after install?
A15 : Ya, boleh tukar tetapi agak mencabar kerana perlu kikis semula simen grout tersebut.
Yes, it can be changed, but it is quite challenging because you have to re -scrape the grout cement.
Between cabinet and tile, which one need to install first?
A16 : Kedua-dua teknik boleh. Tetapi untuk hasil yang kemas disarankan untuk pasang jubin dulu sebelum pasang kabinet. Dinasihatkan untuk refer kontraktor anda untuk maklumat lanjut.
Both techniques can use. But to get a neat result, it is recommended to install the tiles first before installing the cabinets. Need to consult with contractor for further information.
Is the pattern on tile easily get pulled out?
A1 : Kilang kami menggunakan High Premium Grade Printing Technology untuk pembuatan jubin. Jadi corak jubin tidak akan mudah tercabut. Cuma perlu elakkan menggunakan ‘chemical acid’ yang tinggi untuk cucian.
Our factory using High Premium Grade Printing Technology to produce the tiles. So, the pattern will not easily be pulled out. But need to prevent from using strong chemical acid to clean the tiles.

The surface of tile is dirty with grout cement. How to clean it?
A3 : Permukaan jubin tersebut boleh dicuci dengan menggunakan ‘Mosaic Fluid’. Caranya adalah dengan menuangkan cecair tersebut di kain dan lap kotoran pada permukaan jubin. Kemudian segera cuci semula dengan kain lembab atau bilas dengan air (jangan biarkan lama).
Can clean the tiles surface using ‘Mosaic Fluid’. Pour the liquid on to the cloth and remove the dirt on the tiles surface. After that, clean up using wet cloth or using water (do not leave it for too long).
Is the grout difficult to clean?
A4 : Jubin kami sama seperti kebanyakan jubin yang ada. Begitu juga dengan cara pembersihan grout di antara jubin juga sama. Jika anda risaukan mengenai cucian grout, kami cadangkan untuk anda memilih koleksi Pattern Tile kami kerana jubin nya bersaiz besar dan jarak grout antara jubin kecil (kurang sikit cuci grout).
Our mosaics are no difference from common tiles you can find out there. So does the effort involved in cleaning the tiles also in between them. If you concern about grout lines, we suggest you to have a look at our Pattern Tile collections as they come in big size and have lesser grout lines to maintain.

How many wastage that clients always add?
A7 : Biasanya mereka akan tambah dalam 5-10% wastage. Pelanggan juga boleh pilih untuk tidak tambah wastage. Jika tak cukup nanti jangan risau, boleh sahaja beli loose untuk repeat order.

Can we install in herringbone arrangement using subway tiles?
A8 : Ya boleh. Cuma perlu membuat penambahan dalam 15-20% dari jumlah subway tiles biasa kerana susunan tersebut perlu membuat banyak kerja pemotongan. Boleh dapatkan khidmat nasihat daripada pihak kontraktor.
Yes can. But need to add around 15-20% from normal quantity of subway tiles needed because herringbone arrangement needs to do a lot of cut work. Please seek advice from the contractor.
